I will be travelling again to the US next week! This time it is Florida again – hope not to have the bad luck of heavy rain again! I will be flying into Miami and drive to Orlando. There are tons of nice beaches on the east as of on the west side of Florida to take photos of.
You will get to see all my photos (and the weather) on Instagram and Facebook. Unfortunately, my laptop is still in the shop, for this reason I will be unable to upload any photos while I am there. I have not figured out if it is a good or a bad reason if it takes them so long to repair my Surface… The good thing is that I will have a lot of photos to post process when I get it back. It will be Freiburg im Breisgau (Germany), Birmingham (United Kingdom), my November trip to San Francisco (US) and the upcoming Florida trip.
I took this photo while driving from Las Vegas to Denver to fly back to San Francisco and fly back to Europe from there. (Do not tell anybody…) On the way we did multiple stops in various National Parks; so photogenic parks and locations there! This photograph was taken in the Canyonlands National Park, in my opinion one of the most beautiful location there was on this trip.
Travel Tipp: Recon the location
One of the best things you can do to recon a location is to ask the locals. If you have some friends, ask them before you travel what to do. Usually I get an idea of what awaits me there and usually it is not the kind of places I am looking for to take photos. But having already an idea, I usually do some research on the web to find more precise ideas to take photographs.
