A few days ago I went to the city to test out my new Nikon Z7. My next trip will bring me to South Korea, Singapore and Hongkong in a few days and I want to know the camera before I go there. Until now I was using a Sony A7R II with a 24 – 70mm lens or my photography.
Why did I buy Nikon now? It is relatively simple; it is because I had Nikon from the very beginning. All lenses I bought over the past few years fit now onto the Z7. Plus, the Z7 is light weight as the A7R. I will carry the Z7 for my travels and the remaining D750 for some contracted work like for instance the bodybuilding ladies I took photos of a few weeks ago.
It was moody when I left my home and raining when I have arrived in the city. This kind of reminded me of the year 2017 – everywhere I went I experienced rain. I was kind of worried because my Z7 was brand new!
Photography Tip:
After it was raining, look for reflections!
The photograph you see above might not be the perfect example but it shows at least a little bit of a reflection. Usually after the rain, there are puddles that cause a very nice reflection.
