In mid-October 2024, I set off to Boston with one goal in mind: capturing the Indian Summer in New England — and I wasn’t disappointed! While the foliage of the Indian Summer typically peaks earlier, I couldn’t leave any sooner. Luckily, the timing still worked in my favor.
As I travelled through New England, the trees had just begun to transform, revealing brilliant shades
of red, orange, and gold. Everywhere I went, I was surrounded by incredible bursts of color.
If you’re ever planning a trip to New England, I highly recommend visiting Acadia National Park. Even outside of the Indian Summer season, the park is absolutely stunning. The photograph accompanying this post was taken on my arrival at Acadia.
Personal Note
I’m currently working on a presentation to share my experiences from this trip. While it’s still in progress, I’m aiming to host my first online presentation by late January or early February. In it, I’ll showcase the photographs I captured, share insights into my preparations, and even include some moments from my quadcopter adventures.
