More from Dubai – Burj al Arab

I drove to the Jumeirah beach nearby the Burj al Arab to take one of those nice photographs you see always online. Currently (September 2019) there is a lot of construction going on!
No nice sunset photographs – just photographs with cranes in it!

I was a little disappointed when I got there because I was not able to take the photos I wanted to take. So I started walking back from where I was coming from because I thought I saw a market where I by the way was looking to cool down.
It was there and I found some nice places to take photos of Burj al Arab! And cooled down for a bit 😉

Photography Tip:

A pack of rice always helps! In Dubai, often I was not allowed to take photos on the tripod (Why was I not surprised?). Instead I took a pack of rice and made a hole in it to let off the air inside. This can then perfectly be used to balance the camera once placed on top of the pack of rice.
