As already mentioned, I’m currently working on a new book that’s going to be quite different from “Stuck in Different Languages“. This new book chronicles the timeout I took, sharing the experiences I’ve gathered over time. While it does include some photography topics, the primary focus is on the traveling itself.
In this book, I’ll provide valuable tips on planning trips, whether they are long or short. You’ll be invited to join me on my journeys to Germany, France, Albania, the US, and Colombia. I used various modes of transportation, so my packing strategies varied for each trip. I haven’t decided yet whether to include photographs.
I will discuss various ways to finance such a timeout, offering different possibilities to consider.
Additionally, I’ll provide an overview of what to think about before leaving on a trip, especially long ones. There are many more tips and tricks that I’ll share throughout the book.
So far, I’ve finished the German text in Microsoft Word, amounting to 50 pages of pure text. The next steps are to edit the content and translate it into English.
I haven’t settled on a title yet — my current working title is “Travel Educates”. However, this title already exists in German, so it’s just temporary. If you have any ideas for a potential title, please reach out to me. In return, you’ll receive a free copy of the new book.
