The answer to this question is California. I drove from Los Angeles to San Francisco when I took this photo. I really did not know that there was such beautiful landscape within between! I was recently asked how to achieve such an aqua sky in this photograph. FYI, the photo has already been posted over at my Facebook page a while ago.
This is very simple to achieve because I only use two sliders to change the color from Blue to Aqua. In Lightroom, I go to HSL and drag the Blue over to the left, basically to the Aqua. Now I will play with Luminance (Blue) until I have the color I like. Simple, isn’t it?
