I just spent a weekend of 4 days at the lake of Garda in Italy. It is very easy to get there from where I live, it is only about a 6-hour drive. I did not expect those mountains to be this close to the lake – the mountains are around the whole lake.
The tiny little cozy town you see in the photograph is called Limone sul Garda. Right behind me is the filming location of the James Bond “A quantum of Solace”. I think it is the opening scene, so most probably when I am back, I will watch the movie again to see where they exactly did the filming.
Photography Tip:
Before taking a photograph, I try not to forget to check the camera settings. It happens to me often that I forget to reset the camera settings from the day / night before.
It bothers me the most when realizing back home that the settings could be better for the situation the photograph was taken at.
