I hosted some American friends that day I took this photograph.
We drove once around the Lake of Thun and stopped often to take some photographs. When stopping at this place, my friend lost her cell phone.
We do not know what exactly happened; maybe she misplaced the phone on the restrooms. Fact is that the phone is gone for goods. It was at the end of my friends trip – all the photos she took were on that cellphone…
At least she now has a reason to return to Switzerland!
How do I create B&W photos in Lightroom?
When I am in Lightroom and want to create a B&W photograph, I simply start processing the photo as if it would be a regular colored photo. When I have finished this, I turn it into B&W in the Colors section.
I often vignette the photo using the built in tools to achieve this. Another trick also mentioned two Posts ago in “Chicago early in the morning”.
