Here I go again with another photograph I took with my new favorite 28-300mm lens! For those of you not following me on a regular base, I am currently making some day trips thru the region of Bern. Sometimes even further away to see if I can get some nice photos. And the castle of Thun was one of the photographs I took on a day trip when driving thru one of the regions close to where I love (it is called the Gantrisch region).
I made a stop in the city named Thun and walked along the river. I quite some nice walk! At one point, I had to turn around and get back to where I came from; then I saw the castle in its full beauty. I was lucky enough that I had my telescopic lens equipped with my camera! It seems like I am standing in the middle of the river. But in fact the river makes a right turn when facing away from the castle. And there were also docks I walked up on so it gives the viewer the impression like I was on a boat.
Photography tip: Black makes White pop out
Make the photos pop is essential and I think this especially goes for black and white photography! Since we only have two colors in black and white photographs, this helps to have the focus the eyes on the white parts. In my photograph here, it is the castle.
